The View, the Bloody Mary's, the Food and the Service were all Exceptional! Love this place! Highly recommend!

Stopped in here after a round of golf with a a couple of friends. Easy to park. About a 20 minute wait at noon on a weekday. Lots of outside tables and we really appreciated them bringing over an umbrella for us. Delicious club sandwich and onion rings with an iced tea. Excellent service.

Food here was fabulous. It's a longer wait if you don't want to be in the sun (and be advised even if you start with a shaded table it might not be for the whole time you're there). The ocean breeze was nice and refreshing. The service from some of the workers was just okay but one of the waitresses was friendly which is always appreciated. The food tasted great and they were very nice to my dog and brought him water. Would come here again.

Great food, sitting outside, enjoying the scenery with the sailboats, etc., is very comforting. Our omelettes were cooked to perfection, the daily selection of muffins were very fresh and tasty! Service was very good even with the trainee we had! We will certainly return as soon as possible. Note to all: if you go during the busy times, expect a half hour wait.

One of my all time favorite spots. The ambiance....super chill....Ocean front breakfast, lunch & brunch dining. All fresh & delicious. I've tried eggs & bacon, turkey sandwiches, salads, burgers, waffles...and the "Mess". The mimosas are great, the service is on point & the food is agate delicious. Important to note, no reservations & the place is typically pretty packed on the weekends, so ready to wait (unless you've got time during the week). It's all worth it though.

This place is highly rated for a reason. I got an eggs Florentine Benedict that I am dying to go back and have again. The hollandaise sauce was amazing! Customer service was fantastic and this location is right on the water which makes for a beautiful view. Def a great spot for girls brunch like I had with my friends.

Consistently Solid, Great Food and Service We have been to Schooner or Later numerous times and love the food as well as the location. Now I invited a group of almost 20 friends for brunch. Making the reservation was easy and professional. On the day, everybody of the team did their best to make sure we had a good time. They set up the tables exactly like we wanted, food was brought out timely and at the same time for everybody, all my friends loved the good quality. The waitresses were friendly, fast, and efficient. Next time I plan on having a painless celebration with peace of mind in a trustworthy location, Schooner or Later will be on top of my list. No need to look further.

If you want to treat out-of-town guests to quintessential Southern California dining then enjoy brunch at Schooner or Later. The food is amazing, whether fluffy omelets or juicy burgers. My favorite is the trio salad which includes the best curried chicken salad on mango you will ever try. The view is stellar and the service was wonderful.

Put our names down for a table for 3 and were told 35 minutes wait. We went for a short walk around the marina while waiting to be call. Exactly at 30 minutes we were told our table was ready. We were seated with a great view of the harbor and enough room for our two big pups to flop out next to the table. Bailey our waitress took our orders and brought the pups some water. My wife and I ordered the 2 eggs breakfast and my daughter ordered the Club Sandwich. We were pleasantly surprised how fast our order was served given the full house. Our food was prepared just as we asked. Bailey made sure to check back and refill our coffee cups serval times. We highly recommend this restaurant for a casual breakfast or lunch.
